The item print quality is awesome. I received the backdrop in WHITE with Black lettering. The item is ADVERTISED as Terracotta with white lettering so I assumed that’s what I would receive. I contacted the shop owner and received a very polite response right away. *It is explained that you must note in the personalization box what color backdrop and script that you want OR you will receive the default white and black version. This was not so clear initially to me when I placed my order, however they have agreed to send me the preferred backdrop and hopefully meet my event date deadline. Great customer service!! 🤞🏾 I can receive this in time because it was gonna be the highlight of the event!
